Tredit Tire & Wheel uses quality products sourced from all over the world, and as a distributor, most warranty claims are required to be processed by their respective manufacturers.

In the absence of information regarding the source of your products, please contact our Customer Service Department to assist in directing your warranty claim.

Wheels

Wheels are subject to manufacturer's warranty, most wheel manufacturers offer one year, from date of purchase, for cosmetic issues and a lifetime warranty for structural issues. If you have questions regarding the warranty of your wheel or would like to request warranty brochures, please contact Tredit Tire Warranty Department at (866) 443-9907 or Warranty@TreditTire.com.

When calling, please have the following information readily available:

          Style or Description of Wheel
          Wheel Size
          Paint or Finish
          Wheel Stamp (usually located on back of wheel)
          Quantity of lug nuts or Bolt Pattern
          Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
          Date Manufactured
          Date of Purchase
          Vehicle Manufacturer
          Model
          Credit Card Information
          Proof of Purchase/Bill of Sale (cosmetic claims only)

NO WARRANTY WILL BE HONORED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL WHEEL AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION.

Tires

Tire are warranted by their Manufacturer. If you should have any problems with or require additional information regarding the tires installed on your unit, please contact the manufacturer of the specific tire brand.
